Frequently asked questions about the portal

Is the portal included with the storage?

Yes. Every customer gets their own login to the inventory portal. You pay for pallet positions and handling, not separately for visibility of your own inventory.

Can other customers see my inventory?

No. You only see your own pallets and your own movements. Every customer has a separate environment.

Can I give access to several people?

Yes, for example your buyer, your planner and your warehouse manager. Tell us at the start who needs access and we will set it up.
